Josia Krug

Josia Krug is a German actor and writer. In 2015 he graduated from the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. He has worked at various theaters (Schauspiel Frankfurt, Staatstheater Darmstadt, RLT Neuss) and several TV and film productions (a.o. “Damaged Goods”, “Inga Lindström”, “Like a Loser”). He lives in Düsseldorf, but has a very close professional relationship with Hessia. Since 2019, he has been writing his own projects together with co-author Joschua Keßler, including the political thriller “Separate Powers”, which was funded by the Hessian Film Fund. In 2021 they founded their production company REVOLTE FILM based in Frankfurt am Main. In 2022, their web series pilot “We are free” premiered at the Seriale. In the same year, they were also part of the Seriale Pro Pitch Contest with their series concept “Not the enemies”.
