Anja Henningsmeyer has proven herself in many professions: as a journalist, film festival manager, and owner of a photo agency in Hong Kong. From 2008–2023 she was Managing Director of the Hessen Film and Media Academy (hFMA) and now delivers nationwide workshops and lectures on negotiation, presentation and business networking, including specialized courses for women that draw on brain research and gender‑communication studies. Her book ‘Denn sie wissen was sie tun. Wie Frauen erfolgreich verhandeln’ was published by Campus Verlag in 2019. Anja also served five years as chief lay judge at the Frankfurt District Court.
